Passenger Transport Station and Onboard End Point AssessorOur client is recruiting for aPassenger Transport Station and Onboard End Point Assessor. Your experience is needed to assess Passenger transport operative trainees who are at the end of their apprenticeshipto ensure their knowledge meets the requirements of the assessment. Your knowledge and experience will play a vital role in evaluating trainees and reporting on their competencies.This is an associate role where we would require 2 days per weekavailability. Permanent role may be considered for the right candidate.Essential criteriaHave relevant experience of working in the Passenger Transport sector as an onboard and station team memberAt least 3 years hands on experienceHoldorbe willing to complete Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment once contractedDriving licence, own transport and willingness to travel to agreed regions within the UKCompetent in the use of technology including mobile/tablet device, Microsoft Office, website navigation, emails and web conferencing (training on systems will be provided once contracted)Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to write clear and constructive feedbackDesirable criteriaHold an IQA qualificationHave experience of assessment and quality assuranceUnderstanding of end-point assessmentKey tasksConduct end-point assessments as per the assessment plan and company guidance, policies and proceduresForm and record judgements of competency against assessment criteria using agreed exemplificationScore and / or grade apprentices and provide written feedback immediately following the assessmentIQA only: Carry out sampling and observation activities in line with company policies and proceduresOther responsibilitiesAttend remote training sessions as part of a comprehensive inductionProvide up to date documentation including evidence of qualifications, continuing professional development, any relevant licenses, or professional memberships/registrationsAttend remote initial and ongoing standardisation sessions and assessor webinarsKeep industry competence and knowledge up to date in line with assessment plan requirementsJBRP1_UKTJ
