A Pastry CDP is required for a well established luxury hotel Birmingham with big things on the horizon. You will be working in an established Pastry Team working 40 hours per week with paid overtime available and working with a Head Pastry Chef (you as Pastry CDP) 1 x Pastry Commis Chef.
