Within this premium Contract Catering setting, working directly with the Head Pastry Chef to cater for the on-site cafe and hospitality and Retail. You will be working to the highest standards preparing fresh cakes and pastries all made from scratch. We are looking for candidates with a background working with pastry and contract catering experience is beneficial.
