As a Pastry Chef you will be running the pastry section as part of our fantastic kitchen team. Responsibilities include:
Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
Leading your designated section within the kitchen when on duty.
Following our high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines.
