Pastry Chef de Partie New Opening
A brand new high profile restaurant has an opportunity for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join the opening team. Youll be working alongside an inspiring Executive Chef, who has gained experience in some of Londons best restaurants.
Youll work within a total brigade of 30 Chefs and Pastry team of 8, using the best quality ingredients to create high quality desserts, for busy services of up to 150 + covers.
Working in a well-equipped and custom-built pastry kitchen.
What were looking for in a Pastry Chef De Partie:
Experience as a Pastry Demi or a Pastry Commis ready for progression, within busy quality restaurants or hotels.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role, the rota will entail 45-48 hours over 6 shifts per week.
