The Pastry Chef De Partie will have:
Previous pastry experience in a 4 or 5 star environment
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
Have the confidence to create and be innovative
Leadership skills
Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
