Salary of £35,000 per annum
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie must be passionate, have fine dining orAA rosettes experience and be a natural team player in this exciting project that will get awards and accolades. Fantastic career development within the other restaurants and and opportunity to learn from a Michelin star chef.
