We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie tojoin the team of a fantastic Mediterranean & French Bistro owned by a famous and talented Michelin star Chef Patron.

Modern & traditional French cuisine with Mediterranean influence
Based on bistronomy of flavours - classical techniques blended with playfulness and originality
Up to 80 covers per service
Fantastic project, strong chef team, and brand-new kitchen
Rota of 4 doubles /3 days off
Salary of £35,000 per annum
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie must be passionate, have fine dining orAA rosettes experience and be a natural team player in this exciting project that will get awards and accolades. Fantastic career development within the other restaurants and and opportunity to learn from a Michelin star chef.
