Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team.
About the role of Pastry Chef de Partie :
The Pastry Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Kitchen team, working alongside the PAstry SOus Chef to manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Pastry team. The Pastry Chef de Partie oversees the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintains the smooth running of the operation.
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have:
At least 1 years experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a similar environment
Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
Aptitude to plan, organise, control and direct the work of employees
