Pastry Chef - Fine Dining Italian Restaurant - Bray

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced stand alone pastry chef to work in this fabulous, authentic, Italian fine dining restaurant. As a chef you will be preparing classic Italian desserts, alongside the Head Chef and team to a 2AA rosette standard.

The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef will have the following:
Experience as a pastry chef ideally at rosette standard
Ideally experienced within Italian cuisine
Fresh food background
Professional kitchen experience
Hard working, team player
Be local to the restaurant in Bray or have own transport
