Our client is looking for a Pastry Chef to lead the section and drive it forward. The food is all fresh and based around seasonal pub classics with a modern twist.

What are we looking for in the successful Pastry Chef? Previous experience in a pastry/patisserie role within a busy fresh food kitchen
A positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
