Patent Litigation Associate

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking to recruit a senior patent litigation solicitor to join their growing team in their London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior solicitor to join an established IP practice. This role involves advising the firm s wide range of clients on patent and trade secret dispute matters, including litigation and ADR. The role is diverse, allowing the successful candidate to work in a specific sector or across multiple sectors. While the position will be primarily contentious, there will be opportunities to engage in non-contentious work.
