Patient Transfer Service Driver

We are looking for a�Patient Transfer Service Driver located in South London.� FREC Level 3 required
Pay rate: �13ph

Location: South London

Contract: Temporary ongoing

Shifts: Monday-Friday, sometimes Saturday,12 hours shifts
Main Duties:

Safe Patient Transfer: Safety transport patents between locations in specially�equipped vehicles, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the journey.�
Medical�Care During Transport:�Monitoring patients' conditions and provide emergency medical care if necessary, including basic life support, oxygen administration, airway management and other care trained under FREC Level 3 qualification.
Patient Assessment: Conduct initial assessments prior to transport, noting any medical conditions or mobility issues that require special attention during this journey.�
Coordination with Medical Teams: Communicate effectively� with hospital staff, paramedics and other healthcare professionals, providing thorough handover reports upon arrival.
Documentation: Complete accurate patient transfer records, including documenting medical observations, treatment given and any indicates in transport.
Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that the transport vehicle and medical equipment are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.�
Qualifications�and experience:

-FREC Level 3

-Enhanced DBS�

-Basic Life Support certificate

-Care certificates

-Experience as a driver
