Hybrid West London - Inside IR35 £200-£260pd Umbrella

A well-known global brand is seeking someone with payments industry experience to help manage new partner onboarding operations projects. We are looking for someone with payments sector experience, working with e-commerce client/partners ideally experienced in project managing onboarding projects for multiple partners for e-commerce payments solutions such as wallet and e-pay payments, merchant payments etc.

This is for new UK and EMEIA region clients, so you must have the right to work in the UK, be fluent in English and ideally an additional European language like French, German or Spanish. Our client is looking for someone who is a confident communicator, great with people, someone that is adaptable and comfortable in a fast moving exciting environment. You should be dynamic and proactive and enjoy working in person and online with multiple cross functional teams and partner stakeholders.

*This is a 12-month contract initially paying £200 - £260 (Before Umbrella deductions) per day

This is hybrid working in London Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with 2 days wfh*

This role will be working with the Business Operations team to deliver high quality onboarding and launches of a wide range of partners (banks, transit operators, payment networks, venues, loyalty schemes and more) in several countries. The Business Operations team is responsible for the operational readiness and launch of partners and working with them on an ongoing basis to manage data efficiently, maintain key metrics and handle day to day interactions effectively.

As part of the EMEIA Business Operations team based in London, within the International team, you will be responsible for launch planning and execution of partners and features. You will collaborate with teams across business development, operations, finance, product, engineering and analytics to manage a consolidated project pipeline, coordinate all required activities and continuously streamline our processes. You'll thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment where everyone "rolls up their sleeves" to deliver the objectives.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience of operational / onboarding projects / project management in a fast-moving environment, within e payments/ecommerce/fintech.
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders internationally in large organisations.
Confident communicator, great with people, someone that is adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving exciting environment.
You should be dynamic and proactive and enjoy working in person and online with multiple cross functional teams and partner stakeholders.
Experience of working with external partners on project execution and delivery.
Proven track record of implementing, streamlining and managing operational processes.
Ability to analyse processes and data and identify improvements.
Passion and curiosity to learn about new technology, tools and innovation.
