Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator / Book Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintaining employee records. This position requires proficiency in accounting software, experience in HMRC returns Including PAYE , NI, CIS and RCT. Responsibilities: Manage end to end Sage payroll function including NI and ROI payroll processed on a time sheet basis. Associated returns to HMRC & Revenue Including PAYE, NI, CIS and RCT Process VAT returns for NI & ROI Processing of Company Pension Scheme Manage end to end Sage accounts package for accounts payable and receivable Reconciliation of creditor statements at month end Bank and credit card reconciliations Reporting on monthly accounts, and year end preparation Proficient in Microsoft packages and updating of in house record Essential Criteria: Accounting software experience Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Work Location: In person Expected start date: 04/11/2024 To be considered for this role please send us your up-to-date CV by clicking APPLY below.
