Salary: �27,000 Pro Rata
We are�looking for a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our clients�team. If you have a strong understanding of payroll processing, attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you!
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the end-end�processing of employee payroll, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant.�You will work closely with the HR and Finance team�to maintain efficient payroll operations and provide support to employees with any payroll-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data and records held
- Processing payroll records and employee data in accordance with company policies, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory requirements
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and management and HMRC
- Reconciliation, upload and submission of all HMRC liabilities online such as FPS, EPS/Year End & any other adhoc discrepancies/queries.�
- Assist with any other payroll-related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll administration role
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legislation
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
