Payroll Administrator (Temporary)
- Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Creating and maintaining employees' payroll records
- Calculating wages and deductions
- Preparing payroll reports for management
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information
- Providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll issues
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator (Temporary) should have:
- A strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
- be available to start in January 2025
- live locally and be a driver (as the office is hard to reach via public transport)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
