Payroll Administrator - Part Time (Practice) Co. Down Salary Negotiable DOE McKinty Associates are pleased to be working on behalf of an established Accountancy Practice with an immediate need for an experienced Payroll professional to join their team on a Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate will undertake administrative, advisory and payroll duties for a range of clients ensuring that processes and systems are completed for all aspects our of clients payroll services function within the required timescales. Job Responsibilities: Liaise with clients for payrolls. Process Payrolls to deadline required by client. Ensuring that all pension administration, including Auto Enrolment processes are carried out. Ensure that Clients records are accurate and up to date and that all requirements and procedures relating to Clients payrolls are being followed. Liaise with HMRC as and when required - Ensuring that all FPS and EPS returns are made. Reconcile Clients payrolls ensuring that all new joiners are added to the payroll, leavers removed at the correct time and all payroll instructions are actioned in an accurate and timely manner. To sort and distribute incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries. Ad hoc duties as and when required. Eligibility criteria: Hold a recognised qualification in either Payroll or Accounting Recent experience in Payroll, Pensions Administration and Processing Previous experience in an accountancy practice/payroll bureau (Desirable) Good working knowledge of practical payroll matters and current legislation Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office / QuickBooks Attention to detail Good problem-solving and planning skills An ability to work independently and as part of a team Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
