Job role: Payroll AdministratorLocation: Hybrid New MiltonHours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday - 6 months FTC Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of FirstPort, Innovus, Knight Square and Campions. As the Payroll Administrator you will be contributing to Emeria’s vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland.As Payroll Administrator you will contribute to our vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland by:Key AccountabilitiesHaving responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of expenses and weekly pay runsManage email queriesManual Payroll data input e.g Maternity/Paternity, court ordersPreparing and raising any adhoc paymentsExperiencePrevious payroll experience preferred but not essential, experience of working in a payroll environment or customer service and have a good understanding of payroll related issues.Attention to detailBeing flexible and logical in your approach to issues and processing means you are able to work efficiently under pressure.Communication comes naturally to you, and you are intermediate at MS Excel.The BenefitsWe’ll support you with all of the technology, training and support that you need to do your job well.
