My client based in Watford are growing their team and are looking for a full time Payroll Administrator to join them.
\n
Some of your duties will include (But not limited to):
\n
\n- Accepting responsibility for all weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls, ensuring effective and efficient workflow.
\n- Managing all aspects of client payrolls from start to finish
\n- Processing starters and leavers, maintaining personal data, calculating statutory absence payments, processing termination payments and payments after leaving.
\n- Arranging BACs payroll payments, including salary payments, monthly tax liabilities and third-party payments wherever necessary.
\n- Ensuring all payroll reports are generated.
\n- Processing payrolls in a manner that ensures they are compliant with statutory and professional regulations.
\n- Ensuring all day-to-day payroll tasks are completed in line with departmental payroll processing timetable.
\n- Dealing with any ad hoc queries
\n- General Administrative duties

\n
Ideally you will have the following (preferable but not essential)
\n
\n- Minimum of 2 years + payroll background.
\n- Previous experience of dealing with a high-volume payroll department.
\n- Good working knowledge of payroll systems.
\n- Intermediate Excel skills.
\n- Good customer service skills with the ability to build and develop good working relationships.
\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
