Brief Description:




  • Experience using Merit Software preferred

  • Confident speaking with candidates and clients

  • Checking and priotising emails for payroll

  • Ensuring bookings/pay details are setup up on the Merit database

  • Inputting authorised timesheets on the merit database system within the set deadlines

  • Collating an Excel timesheet list of hours for our social work department for cover

  • Liaising with consultants on any queries and late timesheets

  • Dealing with payroll queries with both candidates and outside agencies

  • Must be confident on excel



Personal Attributes:




  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience of working in an accounts environment is preferable

  • You will need a polite and helpful telephone manner.

  • Must be good at time management and confident dealing with people from at all levels within the company.
