If you're seeking your next exciting challenge, this role could be your perfect fit!Here's a glimpse of some of the responsibilities you'll take on:Monthly processing of Payroll and BenefitsLine Management of Compensation and Benefits Advisor, and Payroll ControllerMaintenance and accuracy of all Payroll dataProcessing annual bonus paymentsOnboarding/ offboarding of hotels on to Payroll platformKnowledge of TUPEEnsuring all Payroll compliance matters are dealt with in a timely manner such as Gender Pay reporting, HR Indicators etcProcessing of company sharesDealing and managing both internal and external auditorsExtensive experience of working with ADP Freedom, Success Factors and HMRCManaging any adhoc requests from stakeholdersWorking in collaboration with HR team to support on any adhoc queriesQualificationsMinimum 3 to 5 years experience working at a Payroll Manager/Director level in an international, highly matrixed organisationExperience in managing a teamRetail, hospitality experience desirableExperience of working within a franchised and managed business modelAnalytical/data drivenProactivity & persuasionFlexibility & adaptation capacityLeadership, team support & developmentCustomer focusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationTo acknowledge your hard work, loyalty and commitment to us, we offer an extensive benefits package; competitive salary, bonus, season ticket loans, technology save scheme, financial wellbeing scheme, subsidised gym membership, private medical healthcare, pension, complimentary hotel stays, hybrid working and additional remote working for up to 12 days anywhere in Europe for the year!Your Accor experience begins now, so if you are up for a new challenge, and want to be a part of the best, then we want to hear from you!Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
