General Purpose

To provide clerical support to the Consultants / Branch Manager / Partners / Senior Partner of the branch.
To complete the branch's weekly payroll in line with the Organisations set policies and compliance criteria.
To be the first point of contact for clients and candidates contacting the branch
To effectively register new and update existing candidates on the Organisations in house database.

Duties / Responsibilities

General Duties

Promptly answering all inbound telephone calls and directing them accordingly.
Filtering calls during key sales times.
Open and distribute the daily post.
Formatting of CV's to be sent out to clients.
Registering all candidates on the Organisations in house database.
Obtaining references / temp leads from candidates.
Placing job advertisements.
Ordering necessary office stationary.
Producing letters to clients and candidates.
To communicate to the Branch Manager / Senior Partner and assist in the formulation of the resolution of any queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Payroll

To generate and send out weekly time sheets in the most appropriate format; ideally via email.
Gather completed time sheets from both clients and candidates in a timely manor so they may be processed before the Organisations payroll deadline.
Check all time sheets for correctness against information entered onto the Organisations in house database.
