Description

  • Facilitating all facets of the payroll process
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Conducting audits and data analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure accuracy in financial documents
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team

Profile

A successful Payroll/ Finance Assistant should have:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Sage 50 expereince desirable
  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in payroll software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
