Payroll Manager

Job Title: Payroll Manager 
Salary: £60-70,000 per annum
Location: Hertfordshire, hybrid
Contract: 9-12 month FTC
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known brand seeking a Payroll manager to cover BAU payroll activities whilst the business is going through an HRIS implementation.
We are looking for high-volume payroll experience and Resourcelink knowledge. 
Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end payroll process for over 10,000 employees. 
• Leading payroll teams. 
• Providing legislative support. 
• Accurate HMRC reporting. 
• Reconciliation payments. 
• Audits (internal and external). 
• Benefits monitoring

  
Skills:

• CIPP qualification desirable 
• Proven experience as a PM in a large, multi-sited payroll function (#####+ employees). 
• Benefits processing experience. 
• Team management 
• Resourcelink knowledge
