Hybrid working is offered Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits Are you passionate about ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and administering comprehensive benefits programs? This company are seeking a skilled Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their team. A business with over 1,400 employess with various complexity around the pay schedules including weekly, fortnightly and monthly paid. Role Overview: Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and compliant payroll for all employees. Benefits Administration: Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Compliance: Stay updated on payroll and tax regulations. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Reporting: Generate reports on payroll and benefits metrics. Communication: Address employee inquiries and coordinate with external vendors. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance payroll and benefits processes. Employee Education: Inform employees about payroll processes and benefits options. Requirements: Significant payroll processing experience. Knowledge of payroll regulations, Tax, NI, SSP, and SMP. Experience with pensions and auto-enrollment. Proficiency in payroll software and systems knowledge of i-Trent / ADP is an added advantage Strong communication skills. Effective time management and organisational abilities. A background in working for a diverse workforce and previous experience of running weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
