Description

As a Payroll Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing a small team of approx 10 payroll staff
• Providing training and development to the team of staff ensuring they all work efficiently
• Managing the entire end to end payroll process for thousands of employees
• Dealing with P11Ds, P60s, P45s etc, ensuring these are all sent out to relevant staff
• Dealing with complex payroll queries and any escalations that the team need supporting with
• Ensuring correct payroll laws and legislations are followed at all times
• Many other adhoc payroll responsibilities

Profile

The successful Payroll Manager would have the following attributes:

• Experience working in a similar role previously
• Be CIPP qualified
• A very high attention to detail and very organised
• A detailed knowledge / understanding of payroll laws and legislations
