My client are seeking a dedicated Payroll Manager to unify payroll systems across multiple UK sites for our historic and leading industry client.
This role involves implementing a new system and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Our client is a leading organisation within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Description
- Running payroll for two legal entities (7 locations), ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Resolving payroll-related issues in collaboration with plant teams.
- Preparing HMRC-related payroll reports (RTI uploads, P11D, PSA calculations).
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC
- Managing payroll data for audits and third-party reviews.
- Providing payroll-related data as required by senior management.
- Day to day management (with significant involvement of the FD and FBP) in the implementation of a new payroll system across all 10 sites. This will be done on a staggered basis
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Experience in a multisite manufacturing business with a mix of hourly and salaried employees.
- Experience in implementing a new payroll system.
- Familiarity with Open People and/or DayForce is beneficial but not essential.
