Description
The duties include:
- Managed outsourced payroll for 15 companies within the group
- Manage the P11d and year end process
- Drive consolidation of monthly payroll schedules
- Maintaining accurate payroll records, including holidays and adjustments
- Support with employee benefits including pension
- Check payroll are accurate and make amendments when needed
- Dealing with payroll related queries
- Develop payroll reporting as required
- Project work with on boarding new companies
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience in a similar role - Essential
- Be adaptable and excited by growth and change - Essential
- Have excellent communication skills at all levels - Essential
- Be up to date on all UK legislation - Essential
- Be able to drive change and process improvements - Essential
