Payroll & Pensions Manager - 12 month FTC

We are working with an organisation in the manufacturing sector based in West Drayton who are currently seeking an experienced payroll professional to join them on a 12 month FTC.

Responsibilities include:

Manage the project to outsource the payroll and transition to a new payroll vendor
Support with the implementation of a new T&A system
BAU management of the UK payroll & a small EMEA payroll
Undertake year end procedures
Manage the pension & liaise with pension providers

Experience required:

Previous experience of leading on a payroll outsourcing project
Excellent UK payroll legislation knowledge
Experience of hourly payroll using a T&A system
Payroll systems experience - the use of integrated HR & Payroll systems
