Payroll Project Specialist - Part Time

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen working for a very well known business.

This role is being recruited on a year fixed term contract and will require candidates to work 2 days/week.

Reporting into senior management, the Payroll Project Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Start to finish processing of c300 employees - these are mainly monthly but with a very small amount of weekly
  • Full ownership of the payroll function
  • All HMRC submissions
  • All payroll year end
  • In addition, this role will support with the selection and implementation of a new payroll software
  • Performing parallel runs & identifying any errors
  • Working with the Head of HR with any queries and issues
