As the team has grown steadily over the past few years they now have a need for a payroll specialist to cover multiple currencies and regions. What Youll Get Up to £35,000 Hybrid working Excellent Annual leave Health care and life assurance Hand over provided Great wider benefits package What Youll do Process monthly payroll for the UK and Ireland accurately and on time. Generate and compile payroll reports for various jurisdictions. Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure timely deliverables and resolve complex issues. Verify the accuracy of monthly payroll data from outsourced providers. Ensure all payroll changes are accurately reflected each month. Manage payroll systems and records using HR software and Excel by collecting, calculating, and entering data. Address payroll queries from employees, business partners, and vendors. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Auditors, Pension Providers, Social Welfare, Revenue/HRMC, and other external entities. Perform manual calculations and payments as necessary. Keep abreast of payroll-related regulatory changes affecting the business.
