p Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Doncaster area as they look to recruit a Payroll Supervisor into their team on a full-time, permanent basis. /p br Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed. br p strong About the Role: /strong /p p Key Responsibilities: /p ul li Payroll lead for Monthly Payroll, with line management responsibility for the Payroll Administrators /li li Manage the Calculation and Balancing of all Payrolls– Gross to Net/All Pay Items and Deductions /li li Manage pay increases in line with Annual Salary Reviews. /li li Ensuring FPS /EPS /P46 Car Submissions to HMRC are submitted in the required time to avoid penalties /li li Create and maintain all Pay Items in payroll system /li li Manage all pay items for NMW and Gender Pay Reporting /li li Deal the complex enquiries relating pay/tax/company car tax/benefit tax /li li Manage all Salary Sacrifice Schemes /li li Ensure all records are GDPR compliant /li li Be the lead on all payroll audit information for payroll and pensions /li li Manage effective and robust governance of all payroll activities /li li Be the subject matter expert of government legislation relating to PAYE, NI, Pension and Pension Schemes /li li Create and maintain new payroll reports on an ad hoc basis /li li Manage the payroll costing into finance /li li Manage the implementation of new payroll processes /li /ul p strong Qualifications: /strong /p p Person Specification: /p ul li Excellent communication and influencing skills /li li Flexible, with the ability to work with all levels /li li Payroll experience in a lead role /li li Able to work independently and possesses strong decision-making skills /li li Advanced Microsoft Excel skills /li li Strong at building relationships with stakeholders (at manager and employee level) /li li Ability to prioritize effectively and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to work under pressure with changing priorities /li li Handle confidential information with complete integrity /li li High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a high level of accountability are essential /li li Preferably experience with system implementation / improvement /li /ul
