Payroll Transformation Consultant- Workday
A Payroll Transformation Consultant is required by Whitehall Resources for our consulting client. This is a permanent role and will offer a flexible working approach between home and client site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of new technology. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, solution and process design and change management with a focus on supporting Payroll teams and the wider business through their transformation journey.
Do you have?
Background working in digital Payroll Transformations?
Experience implementing payroll solutions either internally or as an consultant?
An understanding of payroll processes and technology, and focus on compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement?
Ideally experience with Workday but other ERPs are considered?
Excellent customer-facing skills?
