We are looking for a talented and motivated PE teacher to join our team and help us continue to foster a love for sports and physical activity among our students.



The Role:

As a PE teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across a variety of age groups, helping students develop their physical skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities. You will also have the opportunity to inspire students to lead healthy, active lives both in and outside of school.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Plan and deliver dynamic and innovative PE lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4




  • Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment




  • Encourage and motivate students to participate in extra-curricular sports and activities




  • Promote the importance of physical fitness, teamwork, and well-being




  • Contribute to the development of the PE department's curriculum and extra-curricular offerings




  • Support students in developing confidence and self-discipline through sport and physical activity





The Person:

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a passion for sport and education. You will need to have:





  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)




  • A degree in Physical Education or a related field




  • Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills




  • A commitment to the personal development of all students




  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
