ABC Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Performing Arts Supply Teacher to join a vibrant Sixth Form College in Shirley on a long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in a dynamic learning environment, helping them reach their full potential. This reputable Sixth Form College in Shirley prides itself on delivering high-quality education and nurturing a supportive and creative learning environment for students aged 16-19. With a strong focus on performing arts, the college offers exceptional facilities and encourages students to develop their creative talents and practical skills.

Requirements

The successful Performing Arts Teacher will have;

• Be a qualified Performing Arts Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
• Have experience teaching Drama, Theatre Studies, or Performing Arts to post-16 students
• Be confident in planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire students
• Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Be flexible, adaptable, and able to work on a long-term supply basis
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
