About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Solution Architect to design and implement cutting-edge automation solutions. This role involves architecture & design, business process modelling, client collaboration, and technical governance. You will play a critical role in optimizing business processes through Pega BPM and RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and structure scalable automation solutions for end-user computing tools.


• Provide technical leadership for initiatives involving Pega BPM and RPA.


• Implement best practices for architecture, security, and integrations.


• Support development teams in designing and optimizing automation workflows.


• Lead design reviews and resolve complex technical challenges.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in Pega BPM and RPA, with expertise in both unattended and attended automation.


• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred.


• Strong proficiency in integrating Pega with .NET and other enterprise applications.


• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.


• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication abilities.
