Description

You will provide expert employment advice, leveraging your knowledge of Employee Relations (ER) to address complex casework and identify trends using people data

You will proactively recommend actions to mitigate risks and improve outcomes

You will collaborate with stakeholders and the Policy Working Group to manage the policy review schedule, develop policy options, and support consultations with trade unions
You will produce regular reports, analyse people data, and ensure policies comply with employment legislation, contributing to data-driven decision-making.Profile

A successful People Advisor should have:

Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of ER and Employment Law
Experience of working with unions
Coach and advise Managers
Able to communicate at all levelsJob Offer

An annual salary up to £38,000 pro rata
Up to 30 hours per week
Includes working on a Monday and Wednesday as mandatory and the rest of the hours can be made up over the course of the week
In the office 1 day a week (Wednesday)
