We have a rare opportunity to join us as a People Advisor as part of our People Team, based at our Flagship Store in Newcastle upon Tyne!About the RoleAs a People Advisor you will support our People Partners and the business in three key areas:ER: Case Management.Insights, Data analysis and reporting.Policy development and change projects.In this role you will support the People Partners in delivering the People Strategy by being the first line help point of contact for our line managers with queries related to the management of their people. You will be key and accountable for producing monthly and quarterly People Insight reports for our locations.Key accountabilities as a People Advisor are providing case management and advice in line with our people policies and current employment legislation. Tracking and triaging case management workload and escalating to the People Partners where appropriate. You will use influence and coaching skills to support case managers to resolve issues with in SLA timescales.Reporting and data, you will create insights for areas showing ER activity and highlight issues that are affecting the business and where the people team focus needs to be.
