People and Change Partner - Leeds/Hybrid - £43,414-£51,805 - Exceptional Benefits - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are delighted to be partnering with University of Leeds, one of the top 135 universities in the world! The university are implementing a large transformational change strategy outlining ambitious plans to enhance student education, research and corporate systems and processes.
In this role you will form part of a network of change practitioners focused on building change capability across the organisation and piloting a new people-centred change management approach to support the wider transformational agenda.
In this position you will be encouraged to bring examples of best practice, contribute new ideas to different change scenarios and share your knowledge and learning across the organisation. You will be an influential and trusted advisor whilst leading your own portfolio of change activities.
Key experience
- 4+ years as a Change Specialist
- Demonstrable experience supporting the delivery of strategic objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capability.
- Experience of leading change management in a professional environment.
