The Role:
This is a full-time 12 month fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave. Hybrid working is offered with 3 days required on site per week.
Based at our Capenhurst site, the People and Culture Administrator will sit within the central Learning and Development team. The P&C Administrator will provide administration and coordination support across the organisation.
- Coordinate key training programmes across the global sites, whilst supporting the L&D BPs and Head of L&D on wider projects.
- Support in delivering an analysis on HR/L&D data and identifying trends to contribute to continuous improvement and HR insights.
- Be the first point of contact with the L&D team, providing support and escalating where necessary.
- Prepare training documents using a variety of applications, utilising tools such as SuccessFactors.
What do you need to be great at this role?
- Proven experience of working as an Administrator/Coordinator within a busy L&D function.
- Proven experience of working in a large-scale complex organisation.
- Proven experience of taking ownership of the coordination of L&D training programmes and projects.
- A strong team player with good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Desirable – experience of using HR tools such as SuccessFactors.
