We are seeking a People & Culture Manager who combines creativity, professionalism, and strategic insight to help shape our culture and support our ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Align People strategies with operational needs to ensure seamless integration and support.
Manage the Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, development and succession planning, and exit interviews.
Innovative and Energetic: Bring a hands-on approach and a creative mindset to challenge the status quo.
Implement Initiatives: Assist in delivering and communicating new People initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate Recruitment: Support the planning and execution of recruitment events and partnerships.
Handle Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters confidently and in line with UK employment law.
Drive People Strategy: Work closely with the Director of People & Culture and the General Manager to advance our people strategy.
Who we are looking for:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, including recruitment and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of employee relations and legal matters to provide sound advice and minimize risks.
Ability to handle interactions with people at all levels, both internally and externally, while maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency with HR systems.
Understanding of the luxury market and service standards.
