We are currently working in partnership with Charity based in North London, who are recruiting for a Part Time (22.5 hours) People Business Partner on a part time 6 month fixed term contract. The position is due to start in the middle of September. The annual salary for this role is £45,000 per annum FTE.The ideal candidate will experience of proven track record of Human Resources leadership, partnering and influencing at a senior level, the moderation and transformation of services and the prioritisation of equality, diversity, and inclusion.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Working closely with stakeholders proactively and collaboratively on a wide range of ER issues particularly absence management, managing those to an effective resolutionPlanning and attritioning risks along with providing advice on workforce planning, including structures, restructuring and TUPELiaising with Heads and Directors to develop resourcing plans and to lead on all recruitment campaigns for roles within your portfolio of directorates, including providing specialist advice on the best attraction methods working within recruitment budget constrainingCollaborating with other Business Partners for business area inputs and consistency of application surrounding employee relation casework and other people projects and initiativesEnsuring that People policies and procedures are updated regularly and reflect any statutory and legal requirements along with best practiceCarrying out varied roles and responsibilities within a generalist HR environment, including managing complex employee relations issuesExperience required:Experience of carrying out varied roles and responsibilities within a generalist HR environment, including managing complex employee relations issues.Experience of working with senior managers to deliver organisational change and implement projects of strategic importance.Ability to work with stakeholders proactively and collaboratively on a wide range of ER issues, managing those to an effective resolution.
