We have an exciting opportunity for a People Development Facilitator to join us here at The London Clinic, based in our Head Office on Park Square West, London NW1 4LJ. We are offering a competitive inclusive salary starting at £35,000 per annum, dependant on skills and experience. Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest private hospitals, with 8 state-of-the-art facilities, and circa 1350 employees where we are dedicated to providing our patients with expert, individualised treatment and care. Our main hospital spans 8 floors comprising of 150+ patient beds and 10 operating theatres, including a Hybrid theatre and two minimally invasive/day surgery theatres. Speciality areas include, General surgery; ENT; Gynaecology; Hepatobiliary; Neuro-spinal; Ophthalmic; Orthopaedic; Plastic and reconstructive; Robotic; Urology; Vascular & Weight loss surgery (bariatric surgery). Job Profile As a People Development Facilitator, you will be working closely with the People Development Manager; coordinating, designing, delivering and evaluating a variety of learning initiatives to support delivery of our strategic objectives and TLC Academy offering. As well as working closely with internal stakeholders to identify capability needs across the organisation. This role will undertake the full learning cycle, including scoping requirements, designing and implementing innovative solutions and measuring impact to drive performance across the hospital, using the 70:20:10 approach. Key DutiesOwn the Corporate Induction programme, continually looking for opportunities to refresh the content to ensure an excellent onboarding experience for new startersLead the delivery, embedding and evaluation of the refreshed London Clinic Service Excellence programmeOwn the design and delivery of Personal Development workshops and growing TLC Academy offeringEnsure continuous improvement by collecting data, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting accordingly to ensure solutions are effective and impactful in-line with the 70:20:10 modelWork with the wider People Team to deliver a seamless service to each other and stakeholder groups within the ClinicWork with People Development Manager and Clinical Development colleagues to ensure best practice is delivered and sets the highest standards of quality and evaluation for learning interventions Skills & ExperienceA relevant learning and development qualification such as CIPD would be desirableConfident facilitator able to engage, inspire and motivate delegatesPrevious experience of designing discovery-based learning interventionsHospitality/service background and/or experience of delivering customer service trainingAbility to create engaging training material using Word, PowerPoint etc.Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, generating cooperation and buy in to thoughts and ideas
