Amazing opportunity for an experienced HR Analyst or People MI Analyst looking for their next role. You will be working for a rapidly growing sustainability business who is focused on making a difference within businesses.Based in beautiful offices in Canary Wharf area!!Hybrid: 2 days in the office.Working Hours/Days: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pmSalary: £45,000 - 50,000Essential Experience needed for this role:At least 4 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a People/HR analytics or Management Information role.Data analysis (proficiency in the use of MS Excel) and data visualisation of findings (MS PowerPoint/ written reports or PowerBI [desirable]).Proven HRIS experience and able to demonstrate ability to manipulate data, run queries, identify pattern/ trends and data gapsProven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines, prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders, including at Senior and Board level.Effective in written and verbal communication including in understanding and conveying nuances, and making clear recommendationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and manage relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand the need for confidentiality and sensitivity in HR.DesirablePrevious experience with PowerBI or other data manipulation systems to create reports and dashboards.Previous experience in Compensation and Benefits data.Primary Duties:People Team Oversight: Manage administrative tasks related to the People team, including absence management and employee compensation adjustments through official documentation and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs).HR Data Insights: Perform analysis of human resources metrics to uncover trends and actionable insights. Produce routine reports on critical HR indicators, such as attrition rates, staff engagement levels, and hiring statistics.HRIS Administration: Oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to guarantee the precision, integrity, and regulatory compliance of data, in line with laws like GDPR. Responsibilities include upkeeping staff records, updating details, and resolving system discrepancies.Regulatory Adherence: Monitor adherence to employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies by keeping precise employee records and documents. Stay abreast of legislative updates and refine HR procedures as needed.Salary Review Assistance: Aid in the annual salary review by providing benchmarking data to inform decision-making processes.Performance Management Facilitation: Support the execution and management of performance evaluation systems, including gathering data for appraisals and establishing objectives.Workplace Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback from employee surveys to gauge workplace satisfaction, cultural dynamics, and leadership impact.Diversity Metrics Monitoring: Track and analyze diversity and inclusion statistics to evaluate progress towards organizational diversity objectives and promote equitable treatment across diverse employee groups.Strategic Workforce Planning: Contribute to workforce planning by offering insights based on data regarding current and prospective staffing requirements, skill shortages, and recruitment approaches.Employee Relations Assessment: Examine data related to employee relations, such as grievances and disciplinary measures, to discern patterns and inform strategies aimed at enhancing workplace relations and reducing disputes.
