We are seeking a motivated and experienced People Partner to join our client's team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing expert HR advisory services, working on strategic projects, and implementing a comprehensive people strategy across the entire employee lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesHR AdvisoryProvide expert HR advice and guidance on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance.Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and objectives, offering solutions aligned with organizational goals.Deliver learning and development initiatives with support from the People Director and external partners.Projects and ChangeWith support from the People Director, guide the development, planning, and execution of the people strategy, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the people strategy, fostering a culture of engagement.Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, and benefits.Provide training and support to managers and employees to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and practices.Reward and RecognitionSupport the implementation of reward and recognition strategies and frameworks.Manage the annual pay and bonus review process, ensuring all data is produced accurately and to timeframes.Create models and build insights to enable the business to understand and optimize total reward.Manipulate reward data, including internal and external benchmarking, to provide insights and trends.Respond to individual benchmarking requests with timely and accurate data.Undertake the submission of reward survey data for salary surveys, ensuring accuracy.Produce ad hoc and bespoke reports and prepare standard reports for management meetings.Analytics and ReportingDevelop and use HR metrics and data analysis to track the effectiveness of the people strategy and its impact on key performance indicators.Prepare reports for the People Director, highlighting project milestones, accomplishments, and areas for improvement.Prepare data for monthly board reporting and HR People Metrics.About You;Experience working in a tech, professional services, or similar business that embraces the use of technology to enhance productivity.Experience delivering learning to colleagues and leaders.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Professional HR certificationIdeally you will have experience in reward management, including compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies.Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to manipulate data sets for insights and reporting.Why Join Us?We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.
