People Partner

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role within a small but mighty People team? My Consultancy client is seeking a high calibre People Partner for a 12 month FTC, covering maternity leave.
Reporting directly to the Head of People, you’ll have loads of exposure and the chance to make a real difference. This role offers a blend of autonomy and support, with an office base in Central London, but a flexible approach to on site working (roughly 1 day on site each week).
You will…
Be managing high level, complex, ER cases, and you’ll need to be entirely comfortable and competent in doing so. Experience of this will need to be demonstrated.
Be the go to for all things HR - expect to be hands on with both day to day and annual tasks.
Be an Excel whizz. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential, as you’ll be creating intuitive spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy.
Be tracking payroll changes throughout the month and co-ordinating with the external payroll provider.
Be keeping the policy manual up to date, taking a keen interest in the latest employment laws and ensuring compliance.

A true HR Generalist with strong experience in Employee Relations, handling complex casework comfortably.
Data savvy with excellent Excel skills, and able to manage and interpret HR data.
Experienced in providing operational HR excellence and have a passion for process management.
Proactive, meticulous and capable to work autonomously.
Curious, with a go-getter mindset.
