Description
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Handle confidential employee information with utmost care and integrity
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Manage employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Support the team in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of a positive working environment
- Assist in the organisation of employee engagement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR manager
Profile
A successful People Admin Assistant should have:
- A strong interest in the Education sector
- Proven experience in a similar role within a Human Resources team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Job Offer
- Hourly rate between �12 - �13
- Immediate start available
