People Support Analyst

About the role
As the People Support Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the HRIS roadmap. You will provide essential technical support to the People Analyst and wider People team, focusing on data quality, routine reporting, system administration, and process improvement to ensure the efficient functioning of People systems and accurate data for decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
General and System Administration / Development
• Provide day-to-day administration of People systems, (currently iTrent), including maintaining system access in accordance with business processes and GDPR requirements.
• Monitor and ensure the system is performing as expected, ensuring housekeeping routines are being run. Raising and progressing maintenance cases with the software supplier as needed.
• Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity across People systems through routine auditing. Work closely with People Administrators to identify and resolve inconsistencies and discrepancies in the data.
• Adhere to information security protocols including compliance with GDPR and data retention policies within the People Team ensuring data security is a priority.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the People System, including testing system upgrades, configuring new functionality and assisting in the creation and upkeep of comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
Reporting
• You will create, test and troubleshoot reports for stakeholders, using tools including excel and Business objects.
• You will support the People Analyst in developing and maintaining data dashboards, contributing to statutory reporting and HR-related surveys.
Data Accuracy
• Serve as the first point of contact for end users requiring support, escalating issues to the People Analyst when necessary.
• Develop training materials and deliver training, to provide system guidance and support to People administrators and other users across college.
What we can offer you
As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £31,885 - £35,849 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role
