This is a brand new role for their growing eCommerce team and a chance to make a real impact in the EU market.They have amazing offices in a thriving part of London - They really promote health & well-being with flexible working hours, a yogo & wellness room, a free gym and on-site restaurant!About the Role:Drive the customer acquisition strategy in the EU across Paid Social, PPC, Affiliates, SEO and Display.Manage their external digital marketing agencies, challenging them and steering them towards peak performance.Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to deliver growth across their paid media channels.Support the digital marketing assistant with the smooth running of their paid social campaigns in house.Plan and book promo activity across their key affiliate partners in line with their marketing calendar.Work collaboratively with Brand, Buying and trading teams.About You:+2 years experience working in a paid media roleIdeally you will have worked for a fast paced retail or fashion brandStrong knowledge of PPC, Paid Social and AffiliatesExcellent commercial and analytical skillsPrevious agency management experience would be idealProactive and passionate about working for a retail businessApply now or send your CV to #####
