Everyone works and communicates closely with each other at all levels of the business.The RoleWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager or Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us who is excited about taking on a new challenge and quickly growing with us as a business.Day to day, you will be part of a pod of Senior Performance Marketing Executives and Heads of Growth with a core remit to help manage and oversee the performance marketing strategy and execution (covering paid social, paid search, data & creative) for our clients’ businesses to ensure their long term growth.Alongside working closely with a very experienced Head of Growth, and leading a Senior Performance Marketing Executive across paid social and paid search channels, you’ll be the core point of contact for your clients as well as be part of the full client lifecycle, including onboardings.You must be switched on, commercial, empathetic, ambitious, a natural leader with a positive attitude and a desire to learn new things, as well as the ability to pick yourself and your team up after making mistakes.Ideally you should have at least 3-6 years’ experience in performance marketing in an eCommerce focused role, either agency or client side, with a core background having been hands on for paid social and paid search channels (this role is a hands-on in-ad-accounts position).This is a pivotal role in the company as we continue to scale, and one where you’ll be instrumental in helping develop the culture within the agency itself too.
